HTI Consulting was founded by the current Chief Executive Officer, Wayne Troughton, a very experienced hospitality professional with 8 years of high level 5-star hotel operations experience and 10 years of hospitality, tourism and real estate consulting experience in Africa and the Middle East.

The company employs various specialist consultants and associates with highly developed business and financial skills. They have extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, having worked in operational and management capacities internationally. Most have been trained and held high level positions within large international specialist hospitality, tourism and leisure consulting companies.

Our consultants have conducted numerous market and financial feasibility studies, market analysis, investment climate analysis, business plans and finance-raising in the hospitality, tourism, leisure, residential, retail and commercial sectors.
