Property Development
HTI Consulting offers a property development and facilitation service for clients with interesting tourism and leisure projects. Clients will ideally have access to land but lack the know-how and financial resources to convert their vision into a financially viable property development. We partner with Clients by providing a variety of services on a risk or semi-risk basis.
Our previous experience in acting as property development advisors, partners and consultants allow us to facilitate the process from initiation through to project realization, by providing the following services and assistance:

Site analysis;

Market and financial feasibility studies;

Project planning and conceptualization by identifying the most viable mix for the development (residential - stands, sectional title, commercial, entertainment, retail);

Selecting and combining different ownership concepts (outright ownership, fractional ownership, condo-hotel/hotel investment concepts, etc);

Raising debt and project finance from financial institutions;

Coordinating and overseeing the town planning, environmental and business license approval processes;

Assisting in the appointment of the most appropriate professional team including: master planners, architects, quantity surveyors, landscape architects, project managers and property development companies; and

Overseeing and undertaking the sales and marketing function for the development.
